Unfortunately, our industry has more than its share of unscrupulous individuals and companies. When you purchase salvage, it is usually “As-Is, Where-Is, with any & all faults.”
The predominate method of payment is Cash, Money Order or a Wire Transfer.
PayPal is also acceptable, with verification of funds receipt.
Cashier’s checks used to be acceptable, but even those can have a “stop payment order” issued by a buyer after a sale. Yes, it has happened!
Payment is due prior to delivery and the buyer is responsible for shipping.
